Questions, answered
- Do I need a credit card to start?
- No. Create and verify an account and 300 credits land in your account on verification — enough for three standard cutters, or one complete multi-cutter tray. Nothing to cancel and nothing to enter.
- Can I sell what I print?
- Yes. Your licence covers printing cutters for yourself, selling the physical cutters you print, and selling cookies or other physical goods made with them. What it does not allow is reselling or redistributing the STL and source files themselves.
- What if the export isn't what I wanted?
- Designing and previewing are free — you only spend credits at the moment you export, once the 3D preview already shows you exactly what you are getting. A failed export never charges you.
- Do my credits expire?
- No. Your starter credits and any credits you buy stay in your account until you use them, and a design you have unlocked stays unlocked forever — including if prices change later.
- What does a multi-cutter tray cost?
- 300 credits, flat, for any grid up to 20×20. A sixteen-shape tray costs exactly what a two-shape tray costs.
- What do I get in the download?
- Watertight STL files for the cutter and its matching imprint stamp, ready for any FDM slicer — Cura, PrusaSlicer, Bambu Studio, Orca. No repair step needed.
