What a credit actually buys

- Unlock one cutter and its matching imprint stamp. Resize and re-export it in as many sizes as you like at no extra cost.
- Multi-cutter tray 300 credits
- Flat price for any grid up to 20×20 — a sixteen-shape tray costs the same as a two-shape one.
- Adopting a public design 100 credits
- Copies the design into your own library, yours to edit and re-export at no further cost.
- Designing and previewing Free
- Unlimited. Credits are spent at the moment you export, never before.
- Re-exporting something you own Free
- An unlocked design stays unlocked — including at a different size, and if prices change later.
- Sharing a design others adopt +25 credits
- Earned each time another maker adopts your published design, up to 300 credits a day.

Pricing questions
- Is there really a free tier?
- Yes. Every new account gets 300 credits — three standard cutters, or one complete multi-cutter tray — with no card and no trial clock. Designing, previewing and editing stay free forever; credits are only spent on export.
- Do credits expire?
- No. Your starter credits and every credit you buy stay in your account until you spend them.
- Can I sell the cutters I print?
- Yes. Your licence covers printing for yourself, selling the physical cutters you print, and selling cookies and other physical goods made with them — on any plan, including the free one. It does not permit reselling or redistributing the STL, ZIP or source files themselves.
- What happens if an export fails?
- You are not charged. A failed export never takes credits, and a debit that is followed by a failure is returned to your balance automatically.
- What if prices change later?
- Anything you have already unlocked stays unlocked at the price you paid, and credits you already hold keep their value. Pricing changes come with an explicit transition, never a silent devaluation.
- Can I get a refund?
- Unspent credits from a recent purchase can be refunded. Credits already spent on an export cannot be clawed back, since the files are already yours.
